This apartment is located only 200 meters from the beautiful and clean beach in Moncofa, which is directly connected to the beach of Chilches. The 75 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a ceramic stove, washing machine, refrigerator and microwave oven, and a living/dining room equipped with air conditioning. Here you will also find the balcony overlooking the sea.
The building includes a communal pool, a large play area for children with swings and slide and an underground garage where a parking space is reserved for your vehicle.
