“Pros: Wir haben die Villa mit zwei Ehepaaren bewohnt. Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Der sehr große Kühlschrank war super. Der Garten ist von einer Mauer umgeben und mit vielen blühenden Büschen und Palmen bepflanzt. Die überdachte Terrasse war perfekt, um dort zu essen und abends auf der bequemen Lounge-Gruppe zu chillen. Der vorhandene Gasgrill wurde von uns oft genutzt. Das Wasser im Pool war……

“Words cannot adequately express how perfect this property is, and pictures cannot do it justice. Peter and Maryam were outstanding hosts, always available, always immediately responsive. We travelled with an extended family of 7 adults and 6 children and stayed for 12 days. The house is magnificent; extensive grounds, breathtaking views, beautiful interior design, immaculately clean, designer kitchen, great A/C with individual controls for each room. “Pros: Die Villa in Marbella war perfekt für unsere Gruppe von 13 Personen! Die Lage war ideal – in der Nähe von Strand und Stadt, aber dennoch ruhig und privat. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: moderne Einrichtung, ein toller Pool und genügend Platz für alle. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!”

“It’s a nice property however the check in was a nightmare right up to the date I left to travel there, no cleaning during the 9 day stay and a large building site next to the property, cleaners turned up unannounced on the final day at 8:50 am when check out was 10:00 Disappointing for a high end property”

“Pros: We travel alot with our 3 small kids. But this place has been absolutely the best, so fare ! First of, the host Francisca is such a kind, warm and friendly person. She was doing her very best to make sure that we had a nice stay. She made sure that there was groceries in the kitchen for us when we arrived the first day, in case the kids were hungry. She also search for things to do with our kids at the age of 3, 5 and 6 years. And then she sended me alot of examples, that we could……

“Heerlijk huis! We hebben echt genoten! Huis was groot, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien! De kinderen en wij hebben ook veel plezier gehad van je zwembad! ”

“The property was well situated and very nice, The lighting on the property steps didn't work so coming in each night was awkward. The television channels were difficult to work out, maybe an instruction booklet would be helpful and the pool was nice but for the size it would be nicer if most of the pool was quite deep. These are must minor details and overall it was a lovely place to stay ”

“Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service und Kontakt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit großem Pool und Garten. Voll klimatisiert. Lage in etwas unansehnlicher Umgebung, welche nicht zum Wandern einlädt. Meer zwar fussläufig erreichbar, jedoch nicht zu empfehlen.”
