"I wasn’t expecting much as this seemed like a “convention center” hotel. My great experience started when I needed to get some room adjustments made. The individual at the desk I talked to was amazing. Courteous and helpful and thoughtful about the adjustments. The hotel was spotless. Just a great experience and great staff!"

"I appreciate the staff friendliness and allowing us to use breakfast area for a brief family gathering in the evening. However, please reserve rooms for families with kids on the first floor or another area. Both nights kids were running the hall, screaming, riding the luggage cart while their parents were either in the room or another part of the building. That noise all night up until checkout was very annoying and distracting to say the least. I’m just putting it mildly. I’ve stayed at this location before but this was one of the most unsettling, and disappointing places I’ve been. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars. Breakfast was good and staff friendly as said. "

"We checked in at 830pm friday 4/1/26. The room was dirty. We bought $40 worth of cleaning supplies to make the room comfortable to stay in and safe enough to bring our belongings in. The Management and staff were inconsiderate about the cleanliness when we reported it, and would not accommodate us for the loss of our money we spent to clean the room. There was dust and hair all over. The walls near the floor were filthy. The toilet was not sturdy, it rocked ever time it was used. Like you could just lift it from the floor. The bathroom door looked like it hadn't been wiped in days. The door to the room had no seal so outside activities could be heard and you could smell the use of tobacco come through the door. I will never use this motel again. Nor will I advise anyone I know to go there as well."
