“We had a great stay at this home in Joliet for a weekend golf trip with three of my buddies. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to plenty of space to relax after a long day on the course.The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and we were within easy driving distance to several great golf courses and restaurants. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze.Overall, it was the perfect base for our golf weekend. Would……

“The area is quiet and the apartment is close to a dog park which is open to non-residents. There is a paved walkway right by the park that’s nice so I was able to walk my dog in the morning. The property manager immediately replied to any questions I had and the apartment was fully stocked in the kitchen, etc. I booked this because of the cost. I was in town to see the Indiana Dunes. I would stay here again.”

“After driving for 3 1/2 hours with my husband and three kids we arrived at 10:30 at night and the house smelled awful and was disgusting. They claimed that it had been cleaned but it wasn’t. Hair all over with bugs also. We had to find another place to stay at 10:30. These people do not respond and I have been working on getting a refund for over three weeks now. Do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake. I did.”

“This home was not ready for a hospitable stay as depicted in the picture when we booked it. It looked like someone had been living there for quite a while, with hair everywhere—in the bathtub, beds, and sink. The bed was made, and it seemed like someone just walked out the door. There were many issues. One of the bedsheets was damp, and the other looked like it had been slept in for a week or two without being washed. The heat did not work, and the toilet paper was only 1-ply. Additionally,……
