The Clos de L'Etoile residence is located at the entrance to Monêtier les Bains, Serre Chevalier 1500. Close to the tourist office, the gondola, and the shuttle departure.

This rental apartment includes: a first bedroom with a double bed, a second with two single beds, a living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave).
A bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room upstairs. The toilets are independent.
Private parking at the residence.
The fireplace is non-functional.

The advantages of this rental accommodation in the mountains: About 550m from the start of the slopes, 500m from the resort center and 50m from the start of the ski shuttles; the apartment is very well located. In a quiet area, it enjoys a lovely unobstructed view of the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski area.
Cleaning with disinfection included.
Animals refused.

Key collection takes place at the Foncia agency in La Salle les Alpes.

Location ignoble et d’un autre siècle, aussi bien pour les meubles que pour les sanitaires qui en plus d’une odeur nauséabonde étaient peuplés de cafards. Les lits étaient pour des adultes de maximum 1,60 et le lit parental était de 1,40 m de largeur et trop court en longueur…
