There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. "The place was very clean. It was nice to come to some cold drinks in the refrigerator. The washer with the dryer were a really big upside. The moka pot to make coffee in the morning was also very nice. Would be fantastic if there's air conditioning."

"Loved this place but wish I had known it was 97 steps up a narrow staircase with no lift. Being on my own trying to get my suitcase up was a nightmare on an extremely hot day. Would be nice if someone actually greeted you to help at the property on arrival. Other than that I had the best time here. "

"We stayed in the Suite Paradiso. The room wasn't huge but it was okay for a family of 4 and good enough for our 4 night stay. Housekeeping , staff at the bar and restaurants were exceptional and very friendly and informative. Fitness center was small but clean and good equipment. I only wished we could've connected to our tv for Netflix. We recommend this hotel and would come back to visit again. "
