This hotel has everything I need…location, friendliness, comfort, and the staff even remembers my name. "Location is what sells this hotel. However the rooms are not maintained to what they should be given the price point. Service is okay but no one is really helping you. At breakfast all the servers and staff were busy on their phone or talking to each other. Didn't interact with a single staff! Again you stay at this hotel for location...all major attractions are in walking distance."

"Convenient location, clean and spacious room, restaurant on site. Around 8 stairs to climb up to the entrance, with a rather steep ramp for luggage. The staff rushed out to help with that. My only complaints are that when we arrived at 4 p.m., our room still wasn't ready for check-in, and when we were finally able to check in about an hour later, they'd only equipped it with enough towels for one person, not two. A minor inconvenience; I'd still stay here again. "
