"The property is more of a residential building with 3 floors of hotel rooms and whilst the standard of furnishing and the hotel ambience is 5 star the facilities I wouldn't say are. The pool area is really nice but the raised infinity pool means you can't see it from the sunbeds. Also although described as having a poolside bar and restaurant this wasnt staffed during our stay and staff didnt check on you so this meant going to reception if you wanted or needed anything. From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. They said they will investigate the issue but still no answer. The property manager said they did not charge it. The house is ok if you like to be in the flight path of Larnaka airport."
