“DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!! Upon arrival we were shown a large glass door in the main living room which was completely smashed and a large hole in it. It wasn't even boarded up and told it was getting fixed in 6 days - the day after we leave! We had children with us so couldn't go in that room at all. The swimming pool had missing tiles in a number of places which my son cut his foot and toes on. The kitchen light switch was broken and the room was pitch black at night, so you had to go into……

“The apartment was ok, but especially the rugs need a good cleaning. The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. The area is ok, a small convenience store and cafe below, and other amenities and cafes, restaurants in easy walking……

“The unit itself is very nice, 3 bedrooms in 2 levels, with a garage in the ground floor. Unit was clean and well appointed. Only issue was a steep claim up a narrow set of stairs, which is a bit challenging with bulky luggage Distance to Barcelona is between 30-45 min, depending on traffic Terrassa itself is a nice area with a lot of bakeries and restaurants around the area where the apartment is located”

We were visiting from the US and he went above and beyond prior to our arrival answering questions, providing recommendations about things to do/places to eat in the area, and even helped us figure out how to navigate contacting the local town councils in the area, which we needed to do for some family history research.
