“This was the nicest hotel I experienced in Vietnam. It far exceeded what I expected for the price. On a quiet street but 5 mins walk to the main pedestrian sea front area. Good breakfast is a bonus. But above all the staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly. They can help with anything you need. ”

“The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.”

“The staff was incredible. They ensured we had a booking for our bus the next morning and dropped us off at the bus location after breakfast. Breakfast was quite extravagant with very beautiful views. The roof top pool wasn’t very fancy but had a great view and was everything you could need. ”

“I’m pretty sure this is the best hotel in all of Vietnam. The rooms are incredible. Beautifully designed, lots of space, with all the amenities. On top of that, the service was so amazing. The two girls that helped us were so kind and helpful. I don’t think you can find a better hotel! ”
