「First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand. The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue. The bed was above average for comfort and very clean. Parking is a nightmare and up a very steep hill, keep this in mind. Probably the most basic stay I've ever had but not bad at all, you get what you pay for. Dealing with Marta was a delight, great...

「This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would...

「A lovely property with amazing views. Cathy was easy to contact and always quick to respond. The barn was well equipped, very clean and in an amazing location.」

「Check in fine.Did have to mention that property was wrongly advertised as having two showers.Lounge chair collapsed due to faulty worn legs No lid on waste bin in the kitchen.Sadly would not stay at this property in the future.」

「This is a beautiful barn. It was fabulously kitted out with everything we needed. The bedrooms are particularly comfortable, with high quality bedding.Ellie is a great host; very friendly and helpful.」

「House was well appointed and close to railway station, and very roomy. Negatives....only one bathroom which is not on bedroom floor (difficult to access in middle of night!), Too many stairs for us older folks. No instructions for TV. Not enough towels or wastebaskets. Steep walk up and down hill to access house. Could use some homey touches like teabags, condiments. Pretty spare. But, all in all, a great deal for the money.」

"Hotel is quite new in comparison with other International brand hotels in that area. Comfortable bed, room nice and clean. Within walking distance to CBD and tourist area. However, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night around 1:30am and we learned the next day that it’s a fire drill. That’s totally ridiculous to me. I’ve travelled around the world in the past 50 yrs and never came across any hotel like this. The fire alarm woke all hotel guests without prior notice nor explanation on site. Guests including myself needed to run around to check out what’s happening. Hope they never ever do this again. We’re extremely tired after a whole day’s travelling and desperately needed a good night’s sleep. "
