Lovely modern property. Let down by silly problems such as only tepid water in shower despite all other bathroom taps running hot water OK. Nothing done by management despite several complaints. Airconditioning non-existent - AC unit circulates room air at best. Brilliant location for visiting Monopoli. Room prices on the high side.

Very late check-in, early check-put. Love-bed in room, one jacuzzi with water re-use, but very slow heating (hours) to 32 degree. One chair inside, two on terrace. Little place for baggage. Guests were not allowed to use own beverages in room Good parking, for a price Our neighbour was a heavy smoker, using the shared terrasse for this purpose

Good with some reservations.

Very nice smallish apartment with beautiful views. A little disappointed that you had to agree not to take any food or drinks into the appartment. Had to use the drinks from the mini bar only and they were not that good. This was not disclosed on the booking information material. Out of our 4 night stay we would have liked to eat in with a pizza or the like on one of the nights. Friendly owners and staff.

Property was very nice but was not given room paid for. Our room had a king size round bed with and inside pool. Great if your young but for older people, water in a room greats lots of humidity. We should have insisted in changing room but didn't. Felt like we had no choice. Property and location however very clean and well situated.

Nice Rooms and in good condition. Couple things that I don't like: They ask for €20 per day to park, when we ask about free parking they act as if they don't know about any, but locals tell us the road directly next to the hotel is free parking. I refuse to believe the hotel don't know that and feels like they play dumb in order to get you to pay their €20 per day fee. Parked on the road for 4 nights, didn't get any tickets. There is also a mandatory €10 per day cleaning fee. 1) that should be included in the price you pay for the room, and 2) I don't need my room cleaned everyday so it shouldn't be mandatory.

Struttura piacevole per un corto soggiorno, a patto di essere disposti ad accettare le regole intransigenti del sig. Claudio (il proprietario): 1) colazione massimo fino alle 9 di mattino (non ideale se uno va a un matrimonio, colazione per altro di bassa qualità con prodotti di un noto discount), 2) check-out alle 10 (ci è stata concessa una mezz’ora in più dopo richiesta) ma considerando che il check-in è alle 16 ritengo l’orario troppo stringente, 3) no pulizia se uno lascia la stanza dopo le 11. Personalmente non torneremo

Hotel muito limpo, tudo novo e bonito Esperava aquela banheira das fotos no quarto, mas nao tinha, esperava um pouco mais Fica a uns 5/10 minutos a pè do centro historico O cafè da manha foi excelente, servido no quarto, nos questionaram o que queriamos na noite anterior

Altstadt und Strände zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Frühstück wird auf das Zimmer serviert ,man darf nicht all zu viel erwarten. Verkehrslärm doch manchmal störend. Für die Zimmerreinigung werden noch 10 Euro pro Tag verrechnet!? Zimmer sind in Ordnung man darf aber keine Speisen und Getränke auf das Zimmer mitnehmen. In der Hochsaison viel Spaß beim Parkplatzsuchen- Mietparkplatz kostet 20 Euro pro Tag!! 2Liegen mit Schirm 36 Euro

Chambre sympa mais mauvais rapport qualité/ prix

Un rapport qualité prix peu satisfaisant . La chambre est propre et confortable , très bien située avec une jolie vue mer , cependant les services ne sont pas à la hauteur . Un petit déjeuner médiocre et peu fourni servi en chambre à 8h50 alors qu’on nous avait proposé jusqu’à 9h30 ( horaire que nous avions demandé car nous sommes en vacances ). Le Check out pressé pour 10h00 ( avec dame de Menage qui sonne ) alors que nous avons eu accès à notre chambre qu’à 16h00 … Dommage pour ces à côté car la chambre est plutôt sympa . A fuir pour le Rapport qualité/prix

très belle chambre standing avec terrasse et vue sur mer. Terrasse sur le toit avec lit de soleil . Situation proche du centre historique A améliorer : coussin de lit très épais et pas agréable, température du jacuzzi sur le toit assez froide.

NIGHTMARE ! I arrived at the property within proper check-in hours and I was informed that there are no more rooms available. I was offered an alternative accommodation solution, an apartment far from the location and at a different (lower) standard, which I refused. Manager assisted me in finding another accommodation, which I paid for. I was promised a refund, I am still waiting for it. Have filed a complaint and now waiting for the results. However, my trip was ruined and my money seems to be lost ....

Le B&B est très neuf et très bien nettoyé. Tout le personnel sympa et prêts à aider offrir des conseils etc. 10 mins. à pieds du centre historique. 10 mins en voiture des plages de luxe. Plage publique à 30m, 3 cafés à moins de 100 m. Très bon endroit. Ils ont un site où vous pouvez voir les photos des chambres, 2 avec Jacuzzi et très spacieux!

Really great stay, the owners were very accommodating and able to help with local recommendations. The property is in a great location overlooking a small beach on the outskirts of the old town. Would definitely recommend.
