TD Casa Lulù Panoramic Pool Over Med/Scrub

Casa Lulù is a typical country house, recently renovated. It is located only 8 km from the centre of Monopoli, in a very quiet residential area. The villa has an entrance in the living area, on the left side there is the kitchen equipped with every comfort, large table and fireplace; service bathroom. An iron staircase leads to the first floor, sleeping area, equipped with three double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower. The hallway that divides the three bedrooms preserves the original decorated brick floor. From here, a French window leads to a small terrace equipped with table and sun beds. Relaxation area with sofas on the front of the house; from here you can enjoy the view of the pool (mt 10x4) situated in a position overlooking the typical Apulian countryside with olive and fruit trees. Near the pool there is also a patio with sofas and large table, barbecue and wood-burning oven. Private parking and automatic gate.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is €100.00.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.

A surcharge of 100,00 € is required from 20:00 to 00:00. No check-in after 00:00
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
3. Pets are allowed in the apartment. Please note that a cleaning fee supplement of 120,00 per pet is required
4. Check-out time: 10:00 am.
5. At check-in time you will have to pay the Monopoli tourist city tax of 2,00 € per person per night.
6. Extra linen: 25,00 € per person.
7. Baby cot and high chair: 50,00 € per stay. It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
8. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
9. If the customer does not dispose of the garbage upon departure, an additional cost of € 200.00 will be charged.
10. Extra midweek cleaning: €30.00 per hour per cleaner.

Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
