Short rental apartment characterized by a marvelous "60s GOZZO" from which a splendid double bed has been created, one of a kind, and a beautiful dormeuse. There is nothing more poetic and romantic than falling asleep in an authentic "gozzo" ..... the true object of cult of the monopolitan summer.

A special feature of the apartment is a splendid furnished terrace that will make you enjoy the magical summer days. A unique place to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation.
On the terrace we will find a splendid dormeuse obtained from a typical monopolitan gozzo, a small lounge, a dining table, a hammock, two sunbeds, a shower and a bathroom. In the period from October to March the terrace is not available.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, a living room / equipped kitchen, a kitchenette with an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (for both pods and ground coffee), a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. utility room / laundry room with washing machine. We will also find air conditioners and free wifi throughout the apartment, including the terrace.
The apartment is located in the center of the famous Piazza Milite Ignoto. Less than 50 m. approximately we find the ancient historical center of Monopoli, fulcrum of the movida. The apartment is surrounded by bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and banks. Nearby (about 200 m) we find the first free beach (Cala Porta Vecchia).
The apartment is just 80 m away. from the Monopoli train station, 45 km. from Bari, 65 km. from the international airport of Bari (Karol Wojtyla), 65 km. from Brindisi airport (Salento Airport), 21 km from Alberobello, 16 km from the Caves of Castellana, 41 km. from Ostuni and 13 km. from San Domenico Golf.
At the property will be required € 1 per person per night for tourist tax. The tax is payable for each overnight stay, at any time of the year up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights for the entire calendar year.
A deposit of € 100.00 will be required for any damage, which will be returned upon departure.
