Access to the property is possible both from the main entrance and directly from the French window that leads to the kitchen. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen custom-made to make the most of the spaces available in the ancient building, fully equipped with induction hob and dining table: the ideal environment for sharing pleasant moments of conviviality. On the same level there is a first elegant double bedroom with TV and private bathroom.
The first floor houses a cozy living area, furnished with sofa and TV, embellished with a lovely balcony overlooking the church, from which to let yourself be conquered by the authentic and timeless atmosphere of the ancient village.
On the second floor there is the second double bedroom, bright and with attention to the smallest detail, equipped with a private bathroom with shower. The room also has a practical study corner with desk, perfect for those who want to work remotely or treat themselves to a moment of tranquility. The TV is elegantly integrated into the wardrobe, preserving the harmony and cleanliness of the spaces.
What makes this home truly special is the beautiful panoramic terrace, an environment to be enjoyed throughout the day. Fully furnished, it offers a second kitchen with induction stove, gas barbecue, table for outdoor lunches and dinners and two comfortable deckchairs, ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying pleasant summer evenings under the Monopoli sky.
The location represents one of the house's greatest strengths. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the suggestive Old Port, Piazza Garibaldi, the Carlo V Castle, the characteristic coves of the historic center and the numerous shops, restaurants and clubs that make Monopoli one of the most fascinating destinations in Puglia.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00.

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
