BEAUTIFUL VILLA

Two friends, my husband and I stayed at the villa for a week in July. The grounds of the property are vast, beautiful and spotless. The pool was cleaned daily and was also spotless. There were plenty of seating area around the exterior of the villa giving adequate shade when required. The villa housed two bedrooms , lounge , bathroom and kitchen area on the ground floor and the first floor was the residence of the owner who we hardly ever saw. Most things were provided but a kettle and toaster was missing for us British. The villa is very well laid out. A car is essential. It would be very helpful if there was a manual in the villa giving information on the local area, restaurants, what to do with the rubbish etc etc. Giuseppe and Massimo were extremely helpful and a pleasure to meet. We cannot wait to return next year.

Situation excellente, proche du centre de Monopoli tout en étant au calme dans un cadre magnifique.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette villa. Piscine très agréable et très bien située pour visiter la région.

Great Villa with Fantastic Pool

Just back from a fabulous stay in this Villa. (2 adults and 3 kids 7, 10 & 12) We had the ground floor apartment, Giuseppe the owner who lives upstairs is an excellent host and really cares about his guests. I was slightly worried about staying with the owners being in residence but he was out most of the time so we only saw him for a few minutes every day and he was so nice. The pool was the best we have had and we have stayed in lots of Villas! Everything was clean and comfortable. There are lots of areas outside to enjoy the far reaching views of the town and sea in the distance. The kids loved lizard spotting around the garden when they weren’t in the pool! Loads of great restaurants and gelateria in town. BBQ and pizza oven were well used too! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great base to discover the area with the added bonus of a great pool! Thank you Giuseppe! See you again!
