There was an awful noise that went on all night. Sounded like somebody running across the room above me at first, but it went on all night, so couldn't have been. Seems like whenever I book on Expedia, I get an undesirable room. This is an ongoing theme I have noticed. The staff was friendly and kind.

Everything was fantastic at the hotel. The only issue the toilet would plug and you would have to wait and then it would go down. But this hotel is very quiet. And you are able to sleep. Enjoy your time.

Rooms were dated and old. There was no toilet paper or Kleenex in the room. Furniture was old and dirty looking. Floor was dirty and had Cheerios left on it. Safety lock was broken and refrigerator shelves were left out against desk. The area around hotel looked safe and it was located right off of interstate for convenient off and on travel.

The whole place has a musty smell which is sometimes replaced by random smells of urine or various smoke (cigarettes, weed). It’s a place that obviously hasn’t been cared for properly in many years and is in very rough shape.

Terrible stay due to smell and cleanliness

Room smelled like asian food so strong when we got there the window was even open. Then there was rice in the bed sheets. We called front desk the guy came to our room brought us febreeze type spray which didn’t help. Wasnt any other rooms open for us so we stayed in the room. The guy took pictures of the rice in our bed and said someone would call us which hasnt ever happened. I called to talk to manager and he was busy and was supposed to call me back and still hasnt. Please credit me for this stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The physical property needed a ton of work. The pool surface was peeling off, walls were banged up, carpets were filthy, and there were plumbing issues our entire stay. The beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Cheap and convenient, but you get what you pay for.

No handicap parking or handicap ramps to the rear door in the rear of the building. I have a wheel-bound wife. I reserved a "Handicap Room" on line 8 days before our trip and when we checked in was told no handicap rooms were available. Then I was told all rooms are handicap assessable, except for a walk-in shower. WRONG, I could not get the wheelchair in more that 8' due to the TV/Refrigerator in the way, The toilet was not ADA and no grab bars in the bathroom. The room also only had 3 working lights out of 6 available. I had a very difficult time with my wife and her being comfortable in this room. I will not be staying at Quality Inn ever again.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were limited. My room was clean, but the A/C smelled musty. (I do have allergy problems.) Also the water pressure was so low it was hard to shower. Took a long time to get hot water. Don’t know if that was just a temporary problem or ongoing. I did not ask. Wouldn’t recommend.
