“What an amazing view!”

“Property was quiet and private with an amazing river view and wildlife that you can see. We got to hear the Loon at a night. The RV was clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. RV also had a picnic table, grill, fire pit and several types of chairs to sit. There was also kayaks and a canoe to use to go on the river. Host has several other rentals in different areas that we will want to look into. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay we definitely recommend this location”

“Fantastic getaway(perfect location) for 2 longtime friends and their dogs! We did a couple of the local walks, Perch pond and the snowmobile trail in the mornings. Then off hiking for the day to multiple scenic locations throughout NH. On our final night while sitting on the deck. The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more.”

“We did not find the cabin emaculate as stated. Cob webs upstairs on the beams, light fixtures dusty, mold on the dryer seal and futon cover on the main floor looks to be dirty. There is a fowl smell coming from the basement from a old hot tub. I slept on the futon upstairs and needless to say for a 66 yr old women that was my bad but it is worn out. We could not get it folded back up before we left. The shade upstairs is missing and hanging slats so it allowed the light to shine in. As far……

“The cabin was clean, well laid out and centrally located for our needs. The convenience of the general store was great. We had a couple of small things (such as the toilet paper holder not being attached well to the wall), but that is all a part of working out the initial bugs. Overall a great property that we would love to return to.”

“This property was perfect for a nice getaway with my wife. We were 25-30 minutes from the nearest town and had to drive down the beautiful road it’s located on to get there. We will absolutely be back for future getaways as well as family vacations! We had a question on our trip and asked the host in the chat and received a proper response within 10 minutes.”

“Excelente”

“Very happy with our stay. It was clean, private and true to the pics. I highly recommend!!!”

“The cabin was beautiful. We had a minor issue with no hot water and they came right down and fixed it for us. Very nice people and we would definitely love to visit again.”

“Host is great!”

“We had such a wonderful time here. The cabin is clean, cozy, with plenty of music and games. My dog loved sunning on the enclosed upper deck and sniffing around the yard. We didn’t see any bears but kept an eye out anyways. Perfect place for a laidback girl’s trip.”

“Thank you for a wonderful experience”

“This was our second day. We had a wonderful time. The Brooke behind the cabin really makes all the difference in the world.”

“Clean, perfect location for our needs!”

“The property was fantastic - everything was exactly as it was stated in the listing/pictures! The hot tub was perfect, and the property is comfortably secluded without making you feel isolated. I’m already looking forward to returning in the near future!”

“This was a perfect rustic place for me and my dog to stay while exploring the White Mountains, and there was a beautiful easy hike less than 10 minutes away! Plus there are restaurants and stores for whatever's needed. The rear deck overlooking the stream was really lovely, and the cabin was spacious.”

“It was great place to wind down after a very trying month.”
