“Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed……

“Arrived with a track team for the big Arcadia track meet. Excited to find an affordable place 20m from the track. Very quiet area which was great. House offered plenty of sleeping spaces and extra towels, blankets etc which was very nice. It was very bare bones but was great for a two night stay. I would just suggest a good cleaning of the walls, other than that it was very clean…especially the floors. They had lots of kitchen appliances so that was nice to have the options. Ac worked great.……

“This was a fantastic place to stay for me and my teenage son for Spring Break. Spacious, quiet, clean and in a great location right next to Warner Bros studio on a quiet side street. Whole Foods and several great restaurants are less than 5 min drive or 12-15 min walk away. Parking included. We loved the peaceful backyard with morning sunshine and lots of chirping birds. A little oasis! ”

“Property wasn’t really that clean and it smelled like a wet dog. Found an old press in nail and earring in the living room floor, Back patio area was littered with trashed and a landfill of dog poop, very unacceptable and unprofessional.Towels and wash clothes looked more like old version that would be used to clean the house than to have for guest use. There was lack of cooking utensils had to go out and buy our own. Property was advertised as 6 guests but only provided 5 towels. The upstairs……
