「A very bad experience at the last minute they didn't give me the reservation they didn't tell me that the property had leaks problems and this caused me not to be able to celebrate with my family at the end of the year I don't recommend this application I contacted customer service and they couldn't help me bad very bad service」

「They forgot our reservation. Then told us they hadn't cleaned the house and it was dirty an hour before check in. After hours of phone calls we were able to get a refund. Finding a hotel last minute was stressful. Would not recommend.」

「The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made it easy for us to check in and check out. The house was in a good location, the house was clean and comfortable, and we felt safe there. The only things we noticed were there was not enough furniture in the living room (need larger couch, coffee table and easy chair), there were no kitchen towels, dish drainer or dishwasher, there were not enough bath towels, and the paper products were low quality. Maybe these suggestions would help another...
