Het huisje was in de verste verte schoon, van schimmel in de badkamer tot een hele vieze oven. Zelfs de spinnenraggen hingen nog in de hoeken aan de muur van de woonkamer. De bedden waren zeer slecht, maar ook was er veel defect (bijvoorbeeld vaatwasser, gordijn in de slaapkamer etc.). Ook de BBQ wil je niet aanraken. De bovenverdieping wordt verhuurd en daar wonen andere mensen. Het huis is heel gehorig, maar de boven buren lijken snachts niet te slapen. Wij zijn 2 dagen eerder vertrokken ivm geen nachtrust. De eigenaar is wel aardig en we hoefden de schoonmaak kosten niet te betalen.

- nette Vermieter - sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter - großer eingezäunter Garten mit Spielmöglichkeiten - Küche hat alles nötige enthalten -sehr schlimmer Schimmel am Fenster im Bad - Schimmel an der Decke im Bad - Handbrause und Aufhängung im Bad naja .. - dreckiges Geschirr in der Küche im Schrank - alles am Geschirr ziemlich zusammengewürfelt - Matratzen in den Doppelbetten komplett durchgelegen - Grundsätzlich nicht sehr sauber - Backofen funktioniert nicht richtig, stinkt und setzt Qualm in der Wohnung ab - Samstag Nacht ist der Wecker vom Backofen 2 mal losgegangen ohne Grund. - Spülmaschine geht nicht ganz auf, wg einem Rohr am Boden - alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen (auch die Möbel)

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!Wir waren 6 Frauen, die ein Wochende mit Spielen, reden und auf dem Monschauer Weihnachtsmarkt verbracht haben! Die Fe-Wohnung hatte sein schönes Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Sitzecke! 3 Doppelzimmer wovon eibes leider superweiche Matratzen hatte! Die gehören dringend ausgetauscht! Ansonsten war alles sehr schön und gemütlich! Es gab eine tolle Terrasse mit großem Tisch und gemütlicher Sitzecke! Konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es zu nass und kalt war! Aber im Sommer sicher toll, auch mit dem großem Garten und Rutsche und Schaukel ! Ideal für Familie mit Kindern!

Beim Vorfahren blättert die Farbe von der Wand. Es stinkt drinnen. Badetücher riechen nach Rauch Fenster innen schmutzig, Tisch schmutzig, schlecht gereinigt Hundehaare unter der Couch. Im Garten gibt es viel Unkraut Schlechter Schlaf im Bett, Kissen sehr weich Dusche gut. Aber da steht 2 Badezimmer, es gibt nur 1 Kein Mangel an Sachen. Viele Dinge im Garten sind kaputt und werden nicht gepflegt Schade, denn wenn alles aufgeräumt wäre, wäre es ein tolles Haus Im Moment schrecklich Mitleid Auch die Frau, die oben wohnt, ist sehr unfreundlich Sie konnten den Ansprechpartner nicht erreichen Auf jeden Fall sieht es nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern

fast perfekt

Wir haben das Objekt ausgesucht, um mit 6 Personen und Hund genug Platz zu haben. Sowohl in der Wohnung am Esstisch, der Küche und den Schlafzimmern. Es war fast perfekt. Das Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich passte super. Die Küche ebenfalls und die Schlafzimmer auch. Ein Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, sowie eine weitere Toilette ebenfalls gut. Der Garten ist groß und komplett eingezäunt, perfekt mit Hund. Leider aber nicht gepflegt. Unebene Wieser aber naja...kann man locker drüber weg sehen, da alles weitere ja super gepasst hat. Über die Sauna konnten wir leider nicht hinwegsehen. Zu zweit fast schon unmöglich zu benutzen, wirklich enttäuschend. Wir haben es dann eben ganz gelassen, sollte nicht als solche zählen. Schade, wriklich schade. Wir hätte uns gerne einen Saunaabend gegönnt. Daher auch 1 Stern abzug von der ansonsten wirklich tollen Wohnung!
