「**Disappointing Stay at Hemma Chapinero – Below Expectations** My recent two-night stay at Hemma Chapinero was disappointing, especially compared to my previous experience at Hemma Bogotá Country, which was much more pleasant. Although the price was reasonable, the overall condition and cleanliness of the property were far below expectations. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned, with noticeable dust throughout, making our stay...

「It was a better gym than most places. Check-in bldg is different than where you stay. After I checked in. I went to “my” room but it was already someone’s else’s when I walked in. The breakfast included option was unsatisfactory due to it being in a different bldg than the check-in/reception and the apartment I stayed in. Also, wasn’t told that Sunday they’re apparently closed found that out the hard way. Room was clean but dishes needed to be touched up prior to use. It also has construction...
