“James has a beautiful home. It was large enough for a group of us. It has ample space to sleep everyone and to hang out back on the patio or by the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because of the weather but it was nice and clean. If you’re in the area definitely check it out”

“I loved the house, location and amenities. It is far away enough from the Houston traffic, but close enough to go to downtown Houston. I just have a couple of complaints. The pool guy came and we had to get out and could not go in for hours due to the treatment. There was not a TV in the bunkbed room which was a problem for my son because he wanted something to watch while he laid down. Aside from that, the owner Adolfo, was professional, attentive and amazing. He responded quickly every time……

“Upon walking in we loved it. Huge kitchen with lots of counter top space and cabinets to store food and large refrigerator. Nice dining set and bar that sits 8. Great living area with TV. There is a great game room (converted garage) that is set up with a large couch, table/chairs, and tv. There is room to bring in an extra table if needed. Perfect football room or place for the kids. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy. And there is a pool house with small couch and bed in the loft. No bathroom……

“Gracias por permitirnos cerrar el año 2023 y recibir el 2024 en sus instalaciones. Realmente es una propiedad espaciosa y limpia, toda la familia disfruto cada uno de sus espacios y areas recreativa. Eramos un grupo familiar amplio y todos estuvimos muy comodos. Definitivamente la volveremos a arrendar. El area es tranquilo y callado. Amamos sentirnos libres de alguna manera para disfrutar de todas las instalaciones. Gracias Sugerencia amorosa, darle mantenimiento a los ventiladores……

“We spent my sons spring break from school here which was a great property to relax at but was also writhin easy distant to the space center which was a big reason we chose Texas as well as the children’s museum. When we weren’t out at these attractions the scenery along with the river pool and hot in were very relaxing.”
