Upon arrival, we were graciously provided with early check-in. We were also provided with a room upgrade; which enhanced our Anniversary getaway. Hot tub, pool and gym was a nice added touch to have. Highly recommend Lord Elgin versus any other hotel in the downtown Ottawa core!

Had a wonderful family get away. The place was exceptional and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. The place is spacious and has beautiful view off the back deck. The hosts were very responsive.we had everything we needed. Would definitely return. Thank you

We enjoyed full size fridge, stove with full oven where we cooked a turkey. The convenience of having the dish washer was essential. We were very happy with the open concept, wood burning fireplace and plenty of room for a large family The kids enjoyed playing on the play structure as well as foozeball ...
