DUPLEX de 3 pièces 78m² avec balcon exposé Est situé au 3° étage avec ascenseur. Accès wifi.
Vue sur la montagne et la grande cascade.
Il est composé d'une entrée, séjour et salon avec convertible ouvrant sur balcon, cuisine US équipée avec four, refrigérateur grand modèle/congélateur, lave vaisselle ...., salle de bains/wc, rangements.
A létage : une chambre avec lit en 160 et un lit simple,
une autre chambre avec 1 lit double en 140 et 2 lits simples,
Salle d'eau, wc indépendant, rangements, lave linge et sèche linge.
Parking privatif exterieur et local à skis commun.
Location pour pour 8 personnes maximum

Pour les cures :
Version 2 chambres totalement ouvert pour 4 personnes maximum De 930 à 1240 € toutes charges comprises + taxe de séjour de 0.70€/nuit et par adulte
