“We travelled with our 3.5‑year‑old and really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the pool, which was a big reason we chose this hotel. It was open on our first day, though it didn’t seem very clean, and by the second day it was closed. Each day we checked in with staff and were told it would reopen “tomorrow,” but unfortunately it never did for the rest of our stay. Since the pool was an important part of why we booked, we’d really appreciate a discount or some form of compensation.……

“The room was cozy and warm, attention was paid down to the lighting in the bathroom and the paper to keep dust out of the glasses. The fridge in the room and the lobby was stocked with complimentary beverages and snacks. Breakfast made by the innkeeper Mathieu was delicious. The hot tub and suana were on and hot the night we arrived despite us being the only guests at the time. Lights along the path from the parking to the entrance made the whole area feel nice. Overall great stay and……

“The town was very cute and the receptionist was very helpful. The tub faucet leaked a little after running the water, but that is the only issue I saw in the whole property. The jacuzzi hot tub was also very nice.”

“Excellent value and friendly staff who were kind enough to let me use my rusty French without automatically switching to English. We didn't use it, but I noticed they have a shuttle to the hill. My son had a blast on the waterslide and the hot tub was nicer than the one at the more expensive place we stayed at on the resort. Definitely recommend. ”
