Take advantage of being only minutes to the heart of the village, Scandinave Spa, 5-star restaurants and all-season activities. L'Algonquin is one of the highest home elevations in the Domaine de la Forêt with slopes at your door. This charming condominium offers breathtaking views of Lac Tremblant and the valley. The premier ski-in ski-out access is one of the best directly on the Chalumeau ski trail.

*Please note, this property does not have air conditioning. The property has electric baseboard heaters for the colder months*

This charming suite with a wood burning fireplace welcomes you to enjoy mountainside living with the privacy of nature. This suite offers incredible ski in/ski out access for skiers directly onto the Chalumeau ski trail and a path to walk to the village.

Enjoy the convenience of packing light as you’ll only need to bring your food. All cookware, bakeware, and cutlery are available in the fully loaded kitchen during your stay. There is a nice sitting area right outside your doorstep to enjoy during the Summer.

There is one spacious bedroom featuring a King Size bed. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided for your stay.

The full bathroom is off the kitchen area with a shower, and guests can also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Cette charmante suite avec un foyer au bois vous invite à profiter de la vie à flanc de montagne avec l’intimité de la nature. Cette suite offre un accès ski-in/ski-out incroyable pour les skieurs directement sur la piste de ski Chalumeau ainsi qu’un sentier menant au village.

Profitez de la commodité de voyager léger puisque vous n’aurez qu’à apporter votre nourriture. Tous les ustensiles de cuisson, de pâtisserie et les couverts sont disponibles dans la cuisine entièrement équipée pendant votre séjour. Il y a un bel espace pour s’asseoir juste à l’extérieur de votre porte pour en profiter pendant l’été.

Il y a une grande chambre avec un lit King. Tous les draps, oreillers et serviettes sont fournis pour votre séjour.

La salle de bain complète est située près de la cuisine avec une douche, et les invités peuvent également profiter de la commodité d’une laveuse et sécheuse dans l’unité.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the police or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
