"Staff overall were lovely and extremely helpful. Wanted to ensure stay was comfortable even when having to report issues. The place does feel neglected in parts. Lots of cobwebs and tables on terrace not cleaned. That was a pity as it is a lovely area to sit and relax in the evening. Had issue with the room and the cleaning. Bath was dirty and as soon was water was turned on, the dirt was visibly washing down. Staff however handled it well to their credit but they should not have been in that position to start. Was moved to different room and the difference was vast…..clean, well maintained, no carpet stains etc."

"We loved this place. The lady operating it was excellent. She helped us locate it from the train station, checked us in early and easily. The property is well situated to see the town and is easily walkable. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was also quite large. Breakfast was good, with fresh bread, fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal, coffee and orange juice. 5 stars all around…we would definitely stay here again,"

"The room and location were perfect. The breakfast was fresh and substantial. The only issue, and it was minor, is the 5th floor is directly under an event space and you may be disturbed if they need to move furniture. Ear plugs may be necessary or it might be best to request 4th foor and under"
