"Our family had the best time at this house in Montauk! Carter was extremely accommodating and responsive when we asked questions. The location is awesome — great for getting to the beach easily and also for going on a run. The backyard pool and cabana area was so relaxing. The house has child proof gates at every stair threshold, which was great for both our one year old twins and our older dogs. Cannot say enough good things about this house or our time in Montauk. Can’t wait to come back!"

"The room was a little dated. But it served our purpose. The bedroom was a nice size and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size also and very clean. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of parking. They also have a Bbq grill and a picnic table. Look forward to going back. Plus it’s across from the Ocean and a close walk to the town. "

"We stayed in the Koda suite it was beautiful. Full kitchen only thing it didn't have was a coffee maker. Loved that it had a fireplace and 2 outdoor heated igloos. Staff couldn't have been nicer 😊Would definitely stay again."
