"We could not rate the staff as we arrived late and left early so they did not have opportunity to recieve our issues. That said, I raised the issues with the site in their internal review and while apologetic they did not mention any of the issues we had said. "House is exactly as described. Every luxury you could want in a holiday home. Pool was amazing and the aircon was a lifesaver in the hot weather. There were 4 bedrooms which was plenty for our two families. Hosts were excellent and very friendly."
