A very nice house with a great pool

We really enjoyed Ivan's house. The garden is huge, and the pool very large. The water temperature was totally fine in late May (it may be a bit cold if its not sunny for a few days). Without a doubt, this was the best pool we ever had at a holiday house! The house has everything you need, including a dish washer and a washing machine. The garden is fully fences, so great for dogs. There is a pizza truck coming twice a week, but there are no restaurants around, so you need a car. However, the kitchen is really great and fully equipped. The house is well located for trips, around 30 minutes to Grasse, 1hr to Nice, less to Cannes. And there are many beautiful villages around. The housekeeper didn't speak English but with Google translator it worked out.

Lovely house, perfect for a family.

We have just come back from a wonderful week at this villa just outside Montauroux. The house is a good size with 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom, a shower room and separate toilet. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen have been newly refurbished (not shown on the photos which must have been taken before the refurb, I think the owner should update these as they don't do the house full justice) and is bright, practical and well equipped. We have 4 small children (aged, 3, 6, 8 and 10) and they loved the house and the pool. The pool does have a removable fence, which was important to us, although this is a little scruffy, it was good enough for our needs and did the job. It may have been a little trickier if our youngest was smaller, as a persistent toddler would have no trouble in getting through it if they were determined! The pool and garden is secluded and not overlooked, which was really nice as we felt that we had total privacy. The kitchen is small, modern and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, etc. The location suited us very well. It's on a private 'domaine' (or estate of houses) a few kilometres outside Montauroux. Montauroux is a pretty village with a market square, a handful of shops and a couple of bars. There is so much to do in the area if you have a car - we took day trips to Grasse, Cannes, Frejus and the Lac de St Cassien, which is just a few kilometres away. You do definitely need a car here though. There is a fantastic hypermarket (Carrefour) just a few kilometres away by car. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property as a good place for a family holiday. It offers clean, bright, nicely presented basic accommodation, at a reasonable price. Just what we needed for a relaxing and inexpensive stay.

Perfektes Haus ausgestattet mit allem was dazugehört. Traumhaft gelegen, oberhalb eines Sees. Wundervolle überdachte Terrasse mit direkt davor liegenden Pool. Rundherum perfekt !!!!

Appréciation globale

Villa bien située pour rayonner dans le pays de Fayence. Le gérant est disponible et accueillant et très sympathique. Seul petit bémol sur les fenêtres et les volets qui mériteraient d'être changer (difficulté pour les fermer). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Südfrankreich

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in einer ausschließlich privat genutzten Wohngegend. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten sind mehrere Supermärkte / Boulongerie gut ereichbar. Der Bungalow steht auf einem mit Tor abgeschlossenen Grundstück einschließlich Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Der Pool ist groß. Man konnte darin auch als Erwachsener sehr gut schwimmen. Der Bungalow bietet eine moderne und augenscheinlich jüngst renovierte Küche. Auch das Badezimmer macht einen sehr neuen Eindruck. Die Renovierung der weiteren (sauberen) Räume ist schon einige Jahre her. Von dem Standort aus haben wir sowohl das Hinterland (Berge) als auch die Küste von Frejus bis Monaco gut erkundet. Nach den Touren haben wir uns immer im Pool wunderbar erfrischen können. In wenigen Minuten Entfernung erreicht man mit dem Auto auch einen Stausee mit allgemein zugänglichem Ufer, das zum Baden einlädt. Es besteht an einer Stelle auch die Möglichkeit, dass die Kinder gegen Entgelt in einem abgetrennten Bereich auf aufgeblasenen Wasserburgen klettern können etc.Wir haben auch ein Trettboot für die fünfköpfige Familie für mehrere Stunden gebucht. WLAN und Satelittenfernsehen (auch deutsche Programme) inkl. DVD-Player stehen auch zur Verfügung. Alle drei Tage kommt an einem zu Fuß erreichbaren Halteplatz ein Pizzamobil vorbei. Die Pizza ist sehr lecker. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Bungalow in ruhiger Siedlung

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Der Check in war unkompliziert, auf Fragen wurde jederzeit sofort geantwortet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Mit ein bisschen mehr Zuwendung könnte man das Haus, Garten und Ausstattung sicherlich noch besser machen, aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Due Betten waren sehr gut! Der Pool toll und für uns mit Baby die Waschmaschine einfach toll. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, super ruhige Nachbarschaft, der nächste Ort hat alles was man braucht, von der Tierklinik bis zur Autowaschanlage. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Haus

Das Haus ist wundervoll ruhig gelegen, toll ausgestattet und stellt einen günstig gelegenen Startpunkt für Unternehmungen in die Umgegend dar. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemütlich und der Pool ein Traum. Es gibt einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der jederzeit gerne bei Fragen oder Problemen behilflich ist. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Franck!
