Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

"The Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel was clean, comfortable, well managed, quiet, peaceful, and well taken care of. The workers were excellent, helpful, patient, informative, positive. Check-In was a nightmare but we got thru it. The location is close to everything. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again."

"The room was basic but clean and exactly what I needed.l for my city break. The location is great for the subway (practically all lines available from either PABT or Times Sq, both walking distance from hotel) and I really appreciated the 1pm standard checkout time. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downsides were the construction taking place behind the hotel (and my room was at the back) meaning constant drilling and noise which was disturbing during the afternoons I was in. Also, I would have loved tea/coffee facilities in the room but I appreciate that isn’t the premise of this hotel. All in all a good stay, I would stay here again"
