「The room was clean and comfortable The staff was very helpful, like family Breakfast was exceptional with many choices and very nice staff! Location was also excellent. For the first time in Palermo, I had a very good experience. Excellant location. Walking distance to all the main sites」

「The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

The staff were extremely helpful and were able to provide a different room on a lower level with elevator access....

The atmosphere is a bit of a mixed experience as we were not given a whole lot of information and reading the supposed amenities is questionable. The room was spacious; however, I have wonders in how well it is cleaned between stays as there were little kid shoes on our balcony and the free lotion had obviously been used prior to us as it was crusted around the bottom of the cap. 「This is a small hotel that presents itself more like a bed and breakfast. The staff ( the owners) are fantastic and do everything to make your stay fabulous. Our room had a terrace with a sitting and eating area. Breakfast is taken on the roof terrace which is very pleasant. Breakfast itself is basic buffet which could be improved by offering more hot options such as fried eggs.
