“If we had to return to one place in all of Italy, we’d choose Il Tosco. It was absolutely SPECTACULAR! Elena was the most wonderful hostess, providing many recommendations, of which every one was spot on! The breakfast was out of this world - better than any place we’ve ever stayed. “The villa is located at the top of hill enjoying a stunning Tuscan countryside view. The house itself is antique however well restored, with an exquisite dining room and a professional kitchen. “Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April.
