"The perfect hotel if you need to be close to the train to get in and around Venice and the neighboring islands. One precaution: We were traveling in a large group (10 adults, each with a suitcase and a carry-on) and we were advised that we could not use the free shuttle for the airport. "We were greeted by Luisa who was very friendly and a joy to be with. When we got there we were booked in the old building. Luisa listened to our feedback and accommodated us to a newer room in the main building. We quickly became friends with Luisa who was the best part of our trip! "

"The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job."
