「The pictures of the property and apartment speak for themselves. Angela and Simone keep this beautiful property meticulously maintained and very clean. They provided a great welcome package that included various kitchen staples (eggs/bread/OJ/fruit, etc...) which we put to good use. 「My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

「The morning of our stay (May 27), which I had booked and paid for on January 24, I realized I had not received check in procedures. When i messaged the host he/she messaged back that the apartment was booked that night and they didn’t know why I was allowed to book it. They did refund my purchase, but we were left scrambling for accommodations that night and it was pretty stressful.」
