  • Located in Montecarlo, the Rosa Bianca Room offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 50 m² property consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 3 people, situated on the first floor. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for videoconferences), a smart TV with streaming services, and air conditioning. The property also features a gazebo and a garden in the pool area, ideal for your relaxation and enjoyment.

    This property features a fully equipped shared outdoor space with a fenced pool (open from 8 am to 8 pm, from early May to the end of September), a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower.

    The farmhouse is situated 3 km from the exit of the Firenze-Mare motorway (Autostrada A11), which connects Florence to Pisa and other cities such as Lucca and Siena. The distance to Collodi is 5 km, and Versilia and Viareggio are 40 km away.

    3 parking spaces are available on the property.

Ogólnie wszystko super, brakowało mi jednak kuchni w tym pokoju.

Pros: Dom ma duży ogród i basen. Jest cisza i spokój. Trzeba wziąć płyn na komary, bo strasznie gryzą. Zasięg telefonu ok. Brakowało mi kuchni, która była ujęta w opisie ogólnym, jednak Rosa Bianca niestety jej nie ma. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni. Klimatyzacja to raczej chłodny nawiew. Cons: Brak kuchni. Brak przyborów do sprzątania, typu miotła Komary
