「My husband and I recently stayed here and overall had a great experience. Our first room had a couple of maintenance issues—the bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly and the bathroom fan wasn’t working. We notified the front desk, and they responded quickly by moving us to another room without any hassle. After that, everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the rest of our stay. We appreciated how promptly and professionally the staff handled the situation...

「Granted I had a dog room, but the floor was nasty, the a/c didn't work the first night, complained at front desk was told manager would come check out in 5 minutes, nobody every showed up, 2 hours later called front desk they sent someone to fix it 20 minutes later, not at all happy how that was handled, also no vent fan in bathroom」
