It felt so safe for three women travelling together, with many restaurants, grocery stores and the beach close by. The room was was simple but clean and comfortable - certainly all we needed. The pool was lovely and the service was fantastic.」

「This hotel was a huge disappointment. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff. From the moment we checked in, our experience was unpleasant. The young lady at reception (whose name began with "G") was unfriendly, spoke so quickly that it was difficult to understand her, and made us feel anything but welcome. The hotel's policies are absurd. Guests are expected to pay extra for basic amenities such as beach...

「Wij komen hier al jaren. Een fijn, klein ,wel wat verouderd maar proper hotel op een zeer goede locatie. Rustig aan het zwembad maar, je mag ook gebruik maken van het zwembad van Amaragua, dat je bereikt via een doorgang. Ik mis wel de betrokkenheid en vriendelijkheid van het vorige personeel. Dit personeel is wel klaar om te helpen als je erom vraagt maar, als je zelf niet groette bij het binnenkomen, keken ze zelfs niet op. De poetsvrouwen daarentegen doen hun werk uitstekend en zijn heel...

「Very clean room and hotel in general, really peaceful relaxing stay only down side was that the outside area near pool has an upper level with sun beds but only 1 umberella for shade also there is quite a lot of cat poo up there as well that maybe could be cleaned up」

「We enjoy the unlimited buffet brunch provided by the hotel. Food quality and quantity are both above average. Parking at hotel is not a big issue, although it’s free to park on the streets around the hotel, but it took us a while to find a parking space. And the gym in the hotel on the ground floor is very simple, not much equipment can be used although the space is big.」
