The two-room apartment overlooks the main square of the historic center of Monterosso and is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and all the comforts to spend an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Cinque Terre.
The strong point is its terraces: the small one on the floor offers the possibility to relax in the shelter of prying eyes; the large one above allows you to fully enjoy the splendid panorama of the main square of Monterosso with its gulf and the roofs of the historic center.
Both terraces are equipped with table and chairs, the large one has an umbrella and deck chairs.

Nice location

This place is all about location. It is perfectly situated in old town, which is so charming. The place was mostly satisfactorily maintained; they were kind enough to leave nespresso pods for the machine. Took a little bit for the manager to reply, and the reply was uncaring. The devil is in the details, and some were lacking. But overall, great location and great experience. We would go back here.

Super séjour malgré la chaleur

Franchement, ici il faut oublier la voiture, pas facile de se garer. En arrivant en haut du village vous avez des possibilités de vous garer gratuitement sur les places "tracées blanc", les "tracées jaune" sont pour les résidents italiens, sinon amendes garanties. Mais pour le reste c'est génial que de vivre quelques jours dans ce charmant village (partie historique bien sûr). Concernant le studio, il est parfait, la terrasse en un enchantement le soir, en journée il fait trop chaud. La propriétaire Clara est très gentille et serviable. Bref cette location est parfaite même si le train passe régulièrement au final çà ne nous a pas gêné. Merci à Clara A bientôt

Bel appartement propre et très bien situé. La climatisation et la terrasse sont un véritable plus La gare ainsi que le bateau sont à deux pas. L'appartement est très calme. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

All the reviews are accurate. The view is amazing--that and the location are the reason to stay! The deck is very large. The apartment itself is on the small side, but that doesn't matter. The location is great. Close to town, ferry and train.

Quaint and cute

The two decks were amazing. We had one issues with cold shower but once we asked she had someone come to show us how the hot water heater works, then we were good to go. Unit was very clean and organized..we would definitely stay there again..

Lovely stay!

My husband and I loved this property! The terrace view of the beach and the town beneath was incredible - we enjoyed breakfast out there in the morning and watched the stars out there at night! Monterosso was incredible, and we were happy to be right nere the start of the Blue Trail trailhead. Our hosts Carla and Maurizio were attentive and gave us great recommendations for food in the area. Would recommend!

Awesome place

This has the location, the view and the amnesties. Only wish is it had a washer. The a/c worked great. The room was quiet. The kitchen seemed new. Super close to the playground, which was fabulous with a wine bar and cafe next to it.

Great view of the sea and close to everything!

We felt like locals staying in this apartment, so close to the sea and the buzz of Monterosso. Plus we were right at the start of the hike to Vernazza, with the beach a 3 minute walk. The best part of this place is the rooftop deck with amazing views of the sea and town, we spent a lot of time of there. We enjoyed our time and hope to be back!

We loved our stay! The only confusion was how to walk to get from the train station to the check in, but the host messaged us right away. There are many stairs to climb with luggage, but we found that to be true, no matter where you stay in Cinque Terre :)

Perfect spot to experience Monterosso!!

We loved Carla's place in Monterosso!! It wasn't our first visit to the town so we knew we wanted something nearer to the Beach end of the Old town. This apartment fit the bill perfectly and did not disappoint! The view from both the breakfast deck and the upper roof deck are incredible and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable with wonderful AC (it was a bit hot during the afternoons this visit). We will definitely stay here again! Thanks, Carla!!

Amazing experience!

The rooftop deck did not disappoint, offering unobstructed views of the water. The house is tucked away in a quiet location, and a very short walk to the beach. You feel like a local just steps away from the town center. Carmen greeted us with a warm welcome and provided all the essential information to ensure a comfortable stay. Restaurants are nearby, or you can stop by a local market and create your own feast at home. Highly recommend!

Impeccable. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas de la plage, d'un parc pour les enfants, du vieux centre de Monterosso avec tous ses commerces et restaurants. La gare est à 5 minutes de marche. Carla nous a très gentiment prêté une place de parking et nous a donné toutes les indications pour que notre arrivée se passe bien. L'appartement est moderne, et bien équipé. Confortable pour un couple avec 2 jeunes enfants. La terrasse offre une vue de rêve. Un appartement parfait pour découvrir les 5 terres, nous avons passé de superbes vacances.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und v.a. auf der Terrasse sehr wohl gefühlt. Was mir vorher nicht klar war: Die kleine Terrasse befindet sich auf Höhe der Wohnung, zur großen geht man über eine Wendeltreppe nach oben. Gewünscht hätte ich mir einen kleinen Staubsauger. Der Boden war täglich (auch durch den Hund) schmutzig und das Kehren mit dem einfachen Besen etwas mühsam. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden hier sofort wieder buchen. Das Parkproblem ist in allen Dörfern dort vorhanden. Am besten ist es wahrscheinlich, kostenlos auf dem Agriturismusparkplatz der Vermieter ein paar Kilometer entfernt zu parken und sich von dort mit dem Taxi abholen zu lassen. Das Taxi bringt einen dann zur piazza Garibaldi, von wo aus man dann aber noch einige Stufen bewältigen.muss. Der Zug fährt mehrmals in der die Stunde die Dörfer ab. Das Auto braucht man nicht. Einen Strand, an dem Hunde erlaubt sind, gibt es übrigens ca. 20 Minuten entfernt ganz am anderen Ende des Dorfes! Am letzten Tag ist einer von uns noch von Sandfliegen übel zerstochen worden. Das ist uns noch nie passiert. Deshalb würde ich zukünftig bei Sonnenuntergang (dann sind sie aktiv) nur mit Mückenschutz und langer Kleidung herumlaufen. Abgesehen davon ( und Sandfliegen gibt es auch woanders!) war es sehr schön in Monterosso. Für mich ist es das beste Cinque -Terre-Dorf, weil es nicht so beengt ist dort.

Great location overlooking Piazza Guiseppe Garibaldi, the play ground and the beach. Great to watch the town come to life in the early morning while sipping coffee on the lower terrace, and having dinner and enjoying the sounds of locals coming out to play in the evening from the larger upper terrace. We could send the kids down to the playground and still watch them play from the lower terrace, and dry our swimsuits on the upper. We often went for a swim after 7 PM just like the locals, but in the free area of the beach. As the locals have their own beach we often had the free beach to ourselves as the tourists had already gone home by then. La Casina offered easy access to the old town, a free beach, the hiking trails, and the ferry, and only a short walk to the train station. A great place to stay.
