"El personal del hotel muy amables. Lástima que las condiciones en que mantienen el hotel son muy bajas. Aunque el personal quiere darte el servicio por el que pagaste por la habitación, pues nada más no pueden. El personal de limpieza a de tener micho trabajo y sólo se enfocan en que las camas estén arregladas, pero el baño muy sucio. Gracias a todo el perdonal del hotel y deseamos que tengan mayor apoyo de la compañía para brindar al huésped por lo que se paga. "

"The location is central to Monterrey & on main blvd, pretty straight forward as noted on the map of city. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The wifi was not the best. I could not stay connected on video calls for work - very frustrating. The hotel food service was a bit over priced in my opinion. I did find a few options within walking distance. A 5 mins walk down the blvd and I found a large outdoor fruit stand that made smooothies, a Starbucks & VIPs another block down. Opposite direction, right around the corner, a cafe Madcoffee & big work out gym & pharmacy. I would stay here again but not for a work related needs. Wifi was only downer."

"Very different unique almost resort like the staff was amazing serveral people to serve your needs at all times friendly the things i notice was very well maintain rooms very clean and the facilities was family oriented pool garden 24 room service which at 3 am was full service i would stay their again and again it wojkd be a great choice "

"Nothing like advertised pictures (filters and adjusted angles used), very disappointed. Outdated with old furniture, bad plumbing issues, and A/C worked with many noises throughout day\night + did not allow to change temperature overnight. Too much money and inflated price for the service provided. This place Needs Improvement!"

"Me he hospedado en este hotel varias veces y siempre me ha sorprendido muy positivamente por la cantidad de dinero que he pagado. Realmente vale totalmente la pena por el precio y nunca he tenido ninguna queja ni problema durante mis estancias. El personal de recepción es muy amable y atento, y sin duda seguiré regresando. Además, quedé muy satisfecho especialmente con el aire acondicionado, que funcionó perfectamente. Mi único punto negativo fue que el wifi prácticamente no funcionaba."
