En general bien, desayuno MUY rico. la única observación son las fundas de las almohadas están ya muy viejas y ásperas. Da la impresión que cambiaron las sábanas y faltó eso..

The Hotel, all the areas and my Room was great, clean and brand new, my problem is that they dont do what they offered to the customer, i did the a reservation with them because they offered me transportation to the airport, parking lot to my vehicle during my trip and transportation airport- hotel in my way back from trip just calling 24 hrs. in advanced for reservation like i did and at the time i arrived at the airport they never showed up to pick me up with my family, i called back to the hotel and the lady told me that they cant pick me up because they don't have Van for the transportation available and the question is why they didn't say anything when i did the reservation for that, and i dont care to pay for a taxi but i dont like to losse my time waiting for them and didn't show up thats all.

Impressed with the courteous front desk staff mainly with a young man by the name of Abraham. He scheduled my Antigen test a few days before my arrival which was SO convenient for me. Our room was very clean and the hot complimentary breakfast was EXCELLENT. Great variety every morning.
