Everything was amazing, the staff was great. The only complaint was the key or the door key reader, i did had to ask for both key cards to be re-activated in order to enter the room. Maintenence staff was the most friendly and super nice 10/10. Will choose to stay here in a near future.

The staff was great, they always want to keep your room clean and help you if you have any issues during the stay, they don’t have pool and they post pictures of the other hotel with pool in their facilities. It could be nice if they explain that part or not post pictures are not real or amenities that are not part of the hotel, heater didn’t work but a/c was working. The maintenance guy came to my room to fixed bc was cold and he told me the heater wasn’t working so I asked for A blanket and they gave me a new one, also the room has not fridge not even small one but they let me saved my food in their own fridge at the lobby so every time I want to eat I have to go back and fort. Costumer service was great and location is convenient for transportation,walk or shopping.
