"We stayed here for just over two weeks and cannot rave enough about the generosity Stefano, Beatrice & Michele showed us. The place is very clean, our hosts were gracious and helpful. "We couldn't have been happier with this booking. Sylvia was an amazing host who gave us wonderful tips on parking in Bologna and the house was more amazing than the pictures. The scenic views and peacefulness of the house are something that needs to be seen and experienced in person. We had the best time and were sad to leave. "Guiglia is a wonderful small town that's centrally located in Emilia Romagna. We are 2 couples that stayed for a week and the location was a centrally located to Bologna, Modena and Parma. "The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking! While the property is not near any major sights, it is peaceful and beautiful. Fernanda was very responsive to my questions and her husband assisted us in guiding us around the area to point out places to eat and shop with. "The villa was quaintly rustic and set in a beautiful setting. The property was immaculately clean and had all (and more) supplies, should you have forgotten anything! The surroundings were quiet, with the maintained pool a great feature during hot days! The property had a really nice warm and cozy feel, which was echoed by all the guests that were staying there. "The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna."
