「Location was fairly close to metro and tram, but having navigating map was helpful to find the exact location. Elevator did not always work for us, so we generally used the stairs (3 floors). Apartment was spacious and clean. Full size kitchen and lots of space for longer stays. 」

「Although very spacious, the apartment we booked was full of mosquitoes and the water heater was inconsistent. There were some hairs left on the bedding. The main door was also difficult to access because the keyhole was a bit tough. Also some confusion with the address of the apartment which initially did not match what was officially declared on Expedia. I can say that the host was very communicative and responsive at least even over the holidays, which was good. 」

「Room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to turn lower than 25 degrees c. Reached out several times, but just told to turn off the thermostat. Fortunately the windows opened, so we could cool the room that way. But the response from management was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom was under maintenance. It was all heaved up, which made it very uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) to walk on. I don’t think they should have rented us this apartment with the floor...
