满意：清洁度
The location is good and it's a charming building inside. The rooms are colorful and pleasantly decorated. Do keep in mind there are winding staircases to get to the rooms. It could be two if you're on the upper floor.
Bathrooms were problematic--they were having problems with the water heater and on our last day we were partly without water. Hopefully fixed by now. There is someone at the reception desk only from 8 lam to 2 pm. The rest of the time you're on your own. It was fine for a two-night stay

Beautifully restored building in the old city. Place is in immaculate condition. Super friendly staff. Very convenient - lots of restaurants, cafes, bars steps away and only about a 15 min walk from the ferry terminal.
Note - as it’s an old building, there is no elevator for those who may like to travel with more luggage or have mobility issues.

Fauna is THE place to stay in Old Town Montevideo. Jeronimo and staff are first class, and they truly go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. It is central to everything that is Old Town. We have traveled around the world and The Fauna is one of the best we have enjoyed.
