“Okay. I really expected better. The air would not get cold and the unit was very loud. Just made it really hard to get comfortable and sleep. The mattress was so old and the pillows were terrible. I did not rest well. The breakfast the next morning was excellent with a lot of things to choose from. That was really good.”

“After check in, TV didn’t have connection, call front desk 3-4 times before someone picked up. We were told 10 minutes. TV did work until next morning which was check out date. Both sink and bathtub drain was very slow and water backed up. Told manager on duty, made excuse about internet issues, another lady also checking out said the same about the drains.”
