「This is a cozy private upstairs apartment with its own entrance. The house and the neighborhood have old world charm, the inside is beautiful with old woodwork and modern updates! The host had great communication when I needed him, checking in and out was very simple, great explanation and pictures from the host on that process. The beds and pillows were all sooooo comfy. The place was very clean and cozy!!」

「Had issues from the start with the key fitting into the lock; took about 15 minutes to get it to work. This was to sleep 4 people; there was 1 pillow, 1 towel and no fitted sheet on the one bed so just a sheet over the bare mattress and the other bed only had a fitted sheet. When asked about this they said only a starter towel was provided and nothing about a sheet or more bedding. The coffee pot had either rust or mold in the bottom and could not be used. The bathroom, you could not stand...

「This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.」
