"I would NOT recommend this stay! The front desk staff wasn't friendly. The hallway carpet was disgusting. They kept the staff's laundry room door wide open, so we could see every time we walked in and out of our room. The room reeked of mildew and mold. After I thoroughly sprayed and wiped everything we would touch in the room, we tried to make the best out of our stay. We were on the second floor, so we heard every foot step from the second floor. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again, nor will I recommend anyone to stay."

"The hotel is pretty old and it shows. We had poor lighting in the hotel room and the tv in the living room space didn't work. Things just look beat up. The place was clean and the staff was friendly though. The parking was a pain. They had a big dumpster in the lot so parking spots were limited. The parking underground was dirty, wet from the rain, and dark. "

"This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently close to the interstate but quiet rooms. The Kick Back hour with food and drinks were so nice after a long day on the road. "

"Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice."
