Welcome to Montignac-Lascaux, in this comfortable holiday home, located in a typical house divided into three properties, within a vast tree-lined estate of 12,000 m². Just a few minutes from the Vézère and the unmissable Lascaux caves, this pied-à-terre offers you an ideal setting to discover the treasures of the region.



Cottage No. 2 can accommodate up to 4 travellers and is fully equipped to make you feel at home. Outside, a private terrace awaits you for your outdoor meals, and you can also enjoy the large communal shaded garden, shared with the other accommodations on the estate.



A fancy cooling off? Take advantage of the communal swimming pool at your disposal during the summer period (open from 1st May to 28th September).



Pass through the front door and let yourself be seduced by a pleasant living space of approximately 30 m² equipped with reversible air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave as well as all the necessary elements for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or in the fresh air on the terrace. In the evening, relax in the lounge area, ideal for gathering with family or friends, with its comfortable sofa and coffee table.



On the upper floor, the sleeping area includes two bedrooms:



- A bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a wardrobe.

- A second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (lower bed use only, 90x190 cm) and an additional single bed (90x190 cm).



The bathroom upstairs has a shower and a toilet.

- A washing machine shared by the three gîtes is at your disposal, as well as a private parking space right in front of the accommodation.

- This furnished property is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection.

- This furnished property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- Animals are not permitted in this rental.

- The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.
